Oke friend for now i will give my same experience how to make our body always fit an healthy, this tip can be use for all ages, this is the tip :
  1. You must make a healthy lifestyle ( Ex : no smokimg,etc)
  2. Work, Sleep, Eat, and Sport in regular time
  3. Eat healthy food ( Ex: organic food)
  4. No Smoking
  5. Chek up your health min 1/mounth
  6. Dont use drag 
  7. Dont use alcoholic beverages
